PORTAL Line palletizer

Whether for pallets of prepared trays or KLT, the EURO Line is the ideal system for depalletizing or palletizing products. This palletizer is primarily designed to handle large material volumes with high autonomy.
Pallets can be fed into the palletizing unit directly, without the need for manual depalletizing.
The modular design of the palletizer enables easy adaptation to the respective pallet size so that it is able to operate with minimum floor space requirements.
By default, the loading/unloading of workpieces into/out of the trays is executed by an integrated workpiece handling system.
However, this process can also be performed by an existing external handling system.

Without the workpiece handling system, the EURO Line can be used as a standardized palletizing system to palletize virtually any kind of packaging (cartons, boxes, canisters, etc.) in the final packaging sector.

The EURO Line is suitable for use in the field of medical technology, or in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, automotive, consumer goods, electrical or plastic industry, etc.
